I am a 20 year old athlete with a lifetime in sport. National level youth hockey laid the foundation. Then I made the switch to athletics and found my event: the 800 metres, with a personal best of 1:58.53 at national level.
I study Movement Technology, which means every programme I build is grounded in biomechanics, physiology and evidence, not trends. I do not sell templates. I work with a small number of people, one on one, and shape everything around their life, goals and body.
